"Scheduled a appointment for 9:00 am on Wed 11-6-2019 with the Arroyo Grande office. Took off work to be home for the tech. No one showed up or contacted us with an update. Contacted the office after waiting Two hours. Was hung up on 3 time by Rita. Called the SLO office and was told the tech is on vacation till next Wednesday but the company will gladly schedule someone to inspect the problem on Friday at 2 pm. Like we all have this free time. The appointment was for Wed 11-6-2019 at 9:00 am. Will find some one else never using this company or recommending them to anyone. Rita should be fired."
