Discovery Bay Cleaners

"I debated on doing this review. So here goes. Dropped off 9 shirts and a suit to be cleaned and was supposed to be ready on a Wednesday. 6 Days after drop off. I went Wednesday to pick them up and they were not there. I was told to come back Wednesday night. I came back Wednesday night at 6:30 7 o’clock and was told that they were bringing them over from the other store. Then I was told no they’re not going to deliver them tonight. They’ll have them for me tomorrow morning. The next morning they did not deliver, and I had to make multiple phone calls and found out that they were not going to deliver. They rearranged their delivery schedule and delivered my suit and shirts. I had a funeral to go to that day. After we got the shirts, they were not ironed And pressed, but the suit was clean and pressed. The next day I found out that they only delivered part of the shirts. So then we had to wait for another week to get the other shirt. I do not recommend this cleaner at this time."

"Never had any problems but 5-6 days for uniform cleaning is too long"
