"Single worst vendor experience in my life. I booked them on Thumbtack where they seem to have 5 star reviews which I guess are all manipulated. The person arrived at the apartment complex this morning, and complained that there was no parking. I went downstairs, and showed them where to park and the guy repeatedly kept saying that the parking was too far and the equipment was too heavy. He DEMANDED that he be let into our residential parking lot which is remote controlled and even if I wanted to (WHICH I DO NOT), would not have been able to let this guy into. He continued to speak in rude tones citing that the vendor parking was too far and that I should let him into the residential garage. I finally changed the tone of my voice too and strictly told him that his request was not possible. And he rudely responded - you don't need service, go find some other company to work with, have a nice day, bye and stormed/drove off. And all of this without a mask even! And a shady dirty looking car. DO NOT EVER HIRE these guys. This company has zero respect or value for customers! I am also reconsidering working with Thumbtack vendors again!"
