"Used Parker Pest Pro for over a year, had problems with ants the entire time they provided service. Odd to me that they rely on perimeter spraying when my house (and many in the area) are elevated, so ants are free to travel up any support post (other areas where I've hired pest professionals treat all potential entry paths. Apparently they don't treat under houses (to be clear, you can stand under my house so not talking about a crawlspace). Stopped using PPP after observing my monthly service not even covering the entire perimeter of my structures. When I called to ask why I was paying extra for the garage when it wasn't being treated, the office response was "We've never had complaints on this tech before", then explained to me that they don't necessarily cover every foot of the perimeter. Not sure how you expect a pest barrier if you don't cover every inch of the perimeter, especially without treating other entry paths."
