"I am so grateful for all of the help Mark Allen Jewelers provided me this past couple of months. My husband and I bought my engagement ring and our wedding rings from Mark Allen about 10 years ago. We moved out of state and about 5 years in, upgraded my center stone. The jeweler who upgraded it completely ruined my engagement ring, unbeknownst to us. A prong in my ring bent a couple of months ago and I called Mark Allen to figure out what I should do. Felicia was so kind from the beginning to the end of the process of repairing my ring. I felt incredibly secure shipping my ring back and entrusting it in their care. After my ring had been inspected and we discussed options, we decided on remaking it to be sure it would be structurally secure. I was quoted an incredibly affordable price for what was going to be done. Felicia spoke to me multiple times in the day to be sure I was comfortable moving forward. I received my ring within the estimated repair time and it’s so perfect. I am so appreciative of the time and effort that Mark Allen Jewelers put into my ring."
