"This place has to be going out of business soon. I visited recently to buy some supplies and one of the items was locked requiring staff assistance to remove from the shelf. Cashier at the front acted offended when I asked if she could help me get the item unlocked. She said “there are only two of us here and I CANNOT leave the front!” I have never been treated so abusively by an employee of a retail store in my life. We immediately left the store and purchased nothing. Absolutely horrific customer experience. Do yourself a favor, order whatever you need online and let this dive of a craft store go out of business."

"I needed some green fabric to make a headdress to go with the pumpkin outfit I made years ago. Now my granddaughter of almost 3 wanted to wear it. We couldn’t find the headdress, so after I picked up my grand daughter, I drove to Joann Fabric and Craft. But she fell asleep. I could not leave my granddaughter in my car and shop inside. I was walking back and forth in front of the store. A young lady happened to walk by the doors. I told her what my problem was. She came back with three different color of green fabric, I chose the one I wanted, handed her the money, there she disappeared into the store. In just a few minutes, she came back with the fabric and the change in a paper bag!! I was in such a hurry to get back, I’m not sure if I thanked her enough, I think this store will be back to this store for all future fabric and other craft projects! Thank you sooooo much!"

"Came to Joann Fabrics to find a sticker to glue onto a felt hat. Instead I ended up buying another fun hat that was on sale for a few bucks that fits my dog perfectly. I had a series of coupons I received in the mail which was nice to get a discount. Staff was helpful in finding things. Just wish there was a little more of a selection in stickers for my crafts."

"Prices and selection are OK. The floors look like it hasn't been swept in months and I always wait in a long line to make my purchases. There is lots of fabric inventory but the overall look and feel here is tired. . If it weren't for my wife insisting on coming here, I probably wouldn't."
