He took the time to go over plans and educate us on the things that matter most. He provided us with a reasonable bid and and laid out the timeline and expectation of the project. To my delight he walked us through each phase of the project and kept his timeline with no surprises. We added in some irrigation controls and he didn’t hesitate to make it happen.
