"Highly recommended! R&M Duct Solutions recently completed installation of a Fujitsu ducted heat pump system and whole house ventilating dehumidifier in my 1902 house in Eureka. It was essentially a custom designed system, with custom ductwork and many details that would not be part of a standard installation, not to mention the difficulties of working delicately on an old house. Rob and Craig were wonderful to work with! They were very communicative and stayed in close contact throughout the project, checking in with me to discuss the best way to approach things when alterations to the house needed to be made. This demonstrated a concern and care for my priorities that I greatly appreciated. The work is top notch, and was completed on budget and on time. The system is working wonderfully well, and heats the house much more evenly, comfortably, efficiently and quietly than the natural gas furnace that it replaced. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. If you are considering upgrading or replacing your furnace, I highly recommend going with a heat pump system, and I highly recommend R&M to do the installation!"
