"For $300 they charged me for them to oil a pulley. They performed zero safety checks, they did zero amount of work to my truck. They prey on people absolutely think that people do not understand mechanics. Also I was in shock when I was driving and a ball pin hammer shot through my belt system and flew all over inside my engine compartment. Why the hell would you be using a hammer on the engine anyway?!! They are rip offs and liars. Especially the younger guy that billed us. What a real loser feeling good about a scam they pulled. And my exhaust quote was over 34% higher than anywhere in town let alone the country. What a disgrace and disappointment. Terrible shop. They deserve a zero star rating."

"Ray’s bailed me out when I was in a tough jam. I live several hours from Eureka and my engine started to die upon idling. It was my birthday and it was getting late as I was trying different solutions. I called them and was able to limp my car over to them. About 30 minutes from closing and they fixed my problem in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me. They were very professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience!"
