"I picked up a bolt on my way home from work in my drivers side rear tire. Put on my spare and called Gosselin's. Got an appointment for an hour later. Dropped off my vehicle and went for a walk. 30 minutes later got a phone call my car was ready. Turns out the bolt didn't penetrate the tire and no air was leaking as determined by pressure and dunk tank. Offered my credit card and was told there was no fee. Got out to my car and the spare had been secured back under my vehicle and my jack and tools had all been stowed away in their proper place. It is so rare to find service this amazing. "After today's service I lost all respect for this place. I don't understand how an establishment will allow a vehicle to be put back together with something major being wrong with it. The boss was completely aware of this problem (easy 5min fix), I offered to pay to have it fixed and even begged them to simply tighten the lockring so that I could get it somewhere to be fixed properly. Instead the boss got mad at the worker for informing me of the problem and made the worker put it back together as is. I had to walk to an auto part just to buy tools and work on my truck in the middle of the street. Shows how much they actually care about their customers."
