"Been coming here for about a year and a half- never had any issues until today. Picked up my dog and found the underside of the tail shaved ?? Seemed an odd place to shave the dog and have always had good and friendly service from this place in the past. Called to ask why the tail shaved and was met with hostility and sarcasm from the receptionist employee. Spoke to the owner and she made excuses for the employees bad attitude but never tried to right the wrong or try to retain me as a client. I pay a lot for grooming and always give 30 percent or more cash tip. Oh well , I guess business here is that good as to burn a good repeat client. Good luck if you do business here"
