"I took one of our dogs here for a bath; it was fine and reasonably priced but involved no cutting. I took our Aussie mix for a bath and a slight trim to get rid of raggedy skirts. I clearly stated to the groomer -- in both English and Spanish -- just a trim, not short. When I picked up my dog, he was literally shaved from head to toe with patches of skin showing, I was in shock, tried not to blow up, just said this is not what I asked for. The guy running the desk said "we'll do better next time." There will be no next time. Two weeks later I'm madder than the day I picked the dog up as people continue to ask "what happened?!" It was just grooming butchery, and I've had friends mention they tried the place and had similar experiences."

"Have used them twice so far for our 3 dogs and they did an amazing job. They also did a much needed non anesthetic teeth cleaning for hundreds of $ less than at the vet. Couldn't believe how great their teeth looked. Will definitely do this there on a regular bi annual basis. Great service at reasonable price."
