"I work as a caregiver. The client, I have, has seen Dr Rakesh Gupta since his tiny building was next door. The new facility is so much nicer(roomy, air--conditioned, comfortable,...). In the entire time I have experienced the expertise of a phenomenal medical professional. Dr Gupta has been on top of every health concern especially during episodes like the flu season. He stays on top by ordering the proper test(s) to ensure a patient can maintain and enjoy optimal health. My client has also had a few hospital stays. In that case Dr Gupta has appeared at bedside checking the proper level of care is being administered. Medications have been prescribed and changed as needed. You can rest assured that he will always check with you (the patient) regarding any changes to level of care, tests, medications or other items of concern. Though I do share some of the same complaints about the staff I feel I must point out something. This office is constantly busy working for several doctors maintaining the documents for the patients. It is a good idea to have some patience when making contact or trying to get something accomplished. One look at the vast amount of records which can be seen will give you a hint that they must be busy. I'm not sure where I could go to get such a high level of care. I have recently become a patient of Dr Gupta. Diagnosed with sleep apnea I was in shock! The medical equipment provided for me has made an enormous difference in my life! Rather than drag myself through each day fatigued I now have precious energy. I was reluctant to accept the diagnosis but the BIPAP machine has given me a new life. I dreaded each day, but now look forward to being able to live a new life. Thank you Dr Rakesh Gupta! This Man has a gift and truly knows how to heal! Over time I have had to be tested and my diagnosis renewed. Dr Gupta has gone out of his way to make sure I have everything I need for a better quality of life. It's the experience, knowledge, and quality of medical care given that ensures I continue to be in the best health possible. I appreciate this to the extreme during this worldwide pandemic. It is a blessing! Update 2023 I changed insurance this year. I thought I made clear to the agent I wanted to continue seeing Dr. R. Gupta. Unfortunately, I was not approved to continue seeing him! (Insurance problem) I lost a precious year of treatment! However, I changed insurance and have double checked that I can go back. I will need a referral then can get back on track. Almost nothing was done this year so I look forward to getting back on track."

"I like Dr Gupta and trust his medical care. His staff is helpful and courteous including the sleep study person. The one thing that would have been extremely helpful after the sleep study was to be asked if I had everything. I forgot my favorite pillow. I wish I would have received a call from the tech. It would have saved me an extra trip and 3 hours. At 8:00 an office person walked me over to retrieve my pillow (on top of many others). I was so grateful. They got a 4 rating because I feel a quick call to me would have been courteous and time saving even though it was my forgetfulness that caused my problem."

"In my 60 years of interacting with doctors regarding moderate to serious conditions, Dr. Rakesh Gupta is the most professional, thorough and effective doctor I've seen. A congenial soul, every patient is also a friend, a fellow human being to whom he listens intently. His office serves several doctors, so often the staff are overly busy, but I've always been treated kindly and efficiently. My only less than stellar experience is that sometimes their phone lines are so busy it can be difficult to get through. But Dr. Rakesh Gupta and his excellent team are worth it!"

"If I could give him a thousand stars I would. Dr Gupta is the most caring, giving of himself I have ever found in a Dr. my husband had a sudden respiratory failure from ALS and I was falling apart. Dr Gupta kept me encouraged and updated me on a daily basis. He gave Larry the best of care and decisions. I can’t think him enough, I was very challenging at times and he still kept me calm and encouraged. Amazing man and Dr. His wife is moms Doctor, we are blessed to have these two physicians."

"The doctor is okay. Doesn't remember anything about you, doesn't take notes, so every month I have to tell them why I'm there over and over. Other than that ok Doctor. The reason for two stars is the STAFF AND RECEPTIONISTS!!! Terrible service. Rude. Do not care about patients! Today I called to make an appointment and got hung up on, I called back, made my appointment (she was short with me the whole time) and then when she was done confirming she just hung up on me again! I would go to another doctor but I can't because of insurance problems. Just wanted to warn others."
