"Have been going here for a few years despite having to fight for my insulin every month I have no idea why I'll order my medication and give them a day or two to send over the prescription to Walmart. When I call Walmart pharmacy they haven't heard anything from the doctor. I call the doctor back they "resend" the prescription to Walmart. Two more days pass. Walmart now has my prescription and they say it'll be ready tomorrow. After a five day struggle I have my medication. FFS still getting down to my last ten syringes after planning and calling ahead of time is always a comforting feeling"

"We set up appointments because this Dr was with Neighborhood Healthcare. We wanted continuity of care for my terminally ill husband since we had NHC in San Diego previously. I have only had problems with them and it's only been 2 months. Currently having issues with setting up specialists from the referrals received at this office (wrong Dr, don't see terminal patients, don't take his insurance), medication not being filled correctly or at all, appointments that get canceled or rescheduled, long wait times (phone and office). Very disappointed with this Dr's office."

"If i could give them negative reviews. I would. This place is a mess. The doctor has bad management of her practice. The one nurse practitioner basically got my dad killed we would have sued for malpractice but couldnt afford the lawyer. She is rude and pushes her religious beliefs onto her patients. She forms an opinion about you and even if she is wrong she wont admit it so my dad didnt get a proper diagnosis untill it was to late. The staff changes so frequently nothing is properly charted and theres an excuse for everything. The only thing goot about this place is the one blonde girl who sits up front. I was seeing one of the other girls untill my new doctors office is finished. And its so hard to get an appointment when i did finally get scene i waited for a long time and they never sent the meds. You call to get them resent and they send you to the referral coordinator who never answers the phone and sometimes takes weeks to get back to you or you have to call repeatedly to get her to follow through. 1"
