"I was severely ill, the receptionist for the medical department was extremely rude. I had anxiety and I would call in to see if I could get a same day appointment because I knew there was something was wrong with me, she let out an irritating sigh like “What do you want now?” She was always rude and unwelcoming. I ended up going to Kaiser and they found out that I had a serious illness that they treated promptly. The receptionist should be fired for her behavior."

"Great staff, Pharmacy, front desk, optometry all very friendly and helpful. I been to the dentist a few times. he never speaks to me, but works fast. I dont have to much trouble with phone. Had complications getting things arranged for outside surgery, they did not explain things to well and caused delays with tests."

"I love the Soboba Indian Health Clinic. I always have positive experiences there. I never have to wait in the lobby for more than 10 minutes before being called back to be seen. Also, it's very convenient that all of the offices are located in the same building (Medical, Dental, Optical, Imaging, BHS, Pharmacy, and Lab) I can get all of mine and my daughter's appointments done in the same day within a few hours and be on my way. And the staff is extremely polite and respectable."
