"I was "fired" as a patient for doing nothing wrong. I had no say and no one listened to me anyway when trying to defend myself against false accusations. Alot of the staff is very rude with nasty attitudes, even the top level doctors. Watch your back and have a back up doctor just in case, because I was kicked out in chronic pain and no referrals. The process of finding and switching doctors then making an appt with pcp to get a referral for a new pain management center and waiting to get an appt and all that took so long I went through withdrawals and pain so bad nothing could stop it, I went into a deep depression and had to call help lines to stop me from committing suicide. All along without help from these people. Only us dealing with the constant chronic pain know what it's like. No one else will understand the agony of what we go through. Terrible Healthcare. Now I have an incredible doctor who is compassionate and relatable who makes me feel very safe and heard and taken care of. Look for @DrPaulMitchell at #savashealth #sanjacinto good luck!!"

"No waiting long for appointments. I get seen at the exact time of my appt. Dr Balu really cares and makes me feel comfortable. Parking is always available and the staff is wonderful. I definitely recommend this medical group. (Update) I stopped going here. Although I was comfortable, I didn't feel like I was really listened to or taken seriously. I would bring up something just to be kinda shrugged off."
