"Simply asked to pick up my dog earlier was proceeded told that I couldn’t also said she had my dog crossed off on her list then hung up. I am surprised with this response because I’ve taken my dog there many times and thought she was a sweet old lady. I was mistaken. Do not recommend."
"I was told I was a bs artist because I have a small staffie, whom she had not met or seen, who is also 12yrs old and a small lap sausage, and was trying to sneak in an uncontrollable pit bull. I told her I found her response offensive. She called me names and hung up on me. I was interesting about nails and small glands. Amazing how uninformed and judgmental people can be. I don't normally write reviews."
