"Front desk girls have a NASTY attitude. Unfortunately didn’t catch one specific girls name and she’s lucky I’m not putting her name on here because I can say I don’t know what she’s doing working there with that attitude, she has no customer service or patient service at all, whatever you wanna call it. My sister had the worst experience at this clinic. That specific girl had the nastiest attitude with my sister. Staff doesn’t communicate within each other, they don’t have the tools they need, cancelled one of my sisters appointment when she was already parked outside, pushing back every appointment etc. I believe everyone deserves to be attended with great service and attitude…. Specially a pregnant girl!!!! Not recommended."
"Dr Menchaca always seems to take me seriously. When I tell him what I think to be the problem he looks into it instead of treating me like a child or as if I couldn’t possibly know what is wrong I m not a dr. He takes me seriously and don’t question my knowledge. I guess my point is he listens to me and is interested in what I think needs to be looked at. All the knowledge in the world can’t replace a dr who listens instead of cutting U off with out hearing ur opinions. I also never seem to have a difficult time getting in to see him when I need to. Sometimes I feel like I need to tell him what needs to be done as far as tests to run labs ext but he may have gotten there eventually I just mentioned first. I actually come from Ventura and drive extra distance to Dr Menchaca."
"Wife took my daughter cause she was vomiting. She was in the waiting room when my daughter had to go to the restroom cause she was vomiting, they called her name and one of the patient said that she was in the restroom. Instead of waiting for her they called another patient. When they finally went inside Dr Menchaca was very unprofessional, he was treating my wife like if she was an idiot. When he was asking my daughter where it was hurting he also treated her as if she was lying. Wife would ask a question and he would answer very unprofessional with his stupid answers. If he was having a bad day he didn't have to take it on my family or other patients. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"
