"On vacation and drove thru this town. We stopped in this store and the restroom door said ask associate for key and I did. I asked her if I could use her restroom and she just looked at me and said NO. I asked really? She just looked at me. So then I went and got my laundry soap and went to pay and they just ignored me and I said should I use the self pay and she said Yep. Neither one was busy. They were so rude. I should have just walked out. If I could give it a 0 Star I would."

"It has a lot of everything for just about anyone! It's definitely got a variety of different things like food,cleaning supplies, school supplies stuff for your pets,bathroom supplies an more a little bit of everything! The prices are cheep!"

"It was a nice juries store, the checker was very friendly and she offered summer good information about the area and community. It's dollar general though, so it's not like they have good prices or anything, pretty much the same as your average grocery store or maybe a bit pricey for most items, with loss leaders that make it stopping by for a few selected items... Still, there aren't a lot of other options in Rio Dell and this is one of the few establishments that approaches the status of an anchor."

"Okay first - the employee who checked me out was friendly helpful and fast. This was the first time I've ever been to a dollar general store. I went because I'd never been in one & I must say, I have a love of bargains and wandering through stores finding things I didn't know I wanted. While this store had a LOT more variety than I expected, the aisles were crowded, narrow & a tad bit hazardous. I may have looked around more & subsequently purchased more, but it felt unkempt and wading through the items strewn about and the unpacked boxes with other customers began to feel claustrophobic and frustrating. Maybe they are all like this. I don't know. And there's a real possibility that I'll never find out."
