"Been bringing my grandpa here for years but recently I went, and the nurse Maria was so rude. My grandpa goes their a lot and she was jokingly saying that he bothers too much. She sounded passive aggressive. DO NOT COME HERE. They need new staff. This place is super outdated. THEY TREAT EVERYONE BAD. Sometimes the front lady is tolerable, but she picks and choses when she wants to be nice."
"They don’t deserve any stars . They don’t take care of my nephew or my husband . They didn’t take my husband’s blood pressure and said go to the Er. And when my nephew called their sarcastic and said “oh this guy again “. And hung up on him . Terrible terrible service . They only care about themselves . . And half the time their not busy and don’t let you go . Rude and unprofessional staff . And they tried to pressure me to get the third Covid vaccine ."
"Stay away from this useless clinic! First if you want to pay out of pocket its cash only. I paid for a script only for them to write the wrong directions on the script. They now want me to go in and pay a new consultation to get the correct script. Also parking is horrible, you need to park on the street. Go find another clinic with better staff and doctors."
"The front staff was very courteous to me. If you want to base it on the front office I would probably give this place four stars. I had originally selected another primary care physician but I think they dropped out of network and I got stuck with these guys. Here are the cons... 1.NO PARKING (get here early with ample time) you have to use street parking. Anyone that knows anything about lynwood knows it does not have the best parking 2. CASH ONLY... to me this is always a red flag.... if not sketchy to say the least. They do have signs inside that say cash only, but it would have been good if they let me know before I made my first visit..... 3. This may be a thing happening everywhere, but due to Covid the actual doctors/physicians are not there.... Instead you get a Zoom/tablet call from the doctor. Honestly you are better off setting up a Telehealth appointment. For my plan it cost the same if not less than this "physical" appointment and you get it within 10 minutes in your home, instead of driving really far, having to find parking, and making sure you took out cash that day, just to speak to someone through a tablet. Luckily I only needed a referral. 4. Finally, from what I can tell they only do very basic things here, like blood tests, physicals, etc... if you want an allergy test, or any other type of comprehensive thing, you are most likely going to have to get a referral. And if your needs are that basic to begin with, you are better off using telehealth. one last thing, I can't say much about the doctor since It was a pretty short conversation, me just needing a referral, but he seemed nice."
"After being there for over 2 hours, knowing what I was there for since the beginning, They made me go back another day to get a vaccine for my child because I didn't have his record with me. I asked them if they could print it they said they couldn't. Next day I went back with record of his vaccines, but I didn't have the current one and they printed one then. Seriously!!! They could've done that the first time I went. Then I asked and they said they probably didn't want to take the time to print it out the day before. Bad service."
