"This is the worse urgent clinic ever, I am burning with a fever and I’m waiting for the doctor the hours are from 9 to 5 the doctor dosnet come in until 1030 they don’t tell you that. The doctor is only telemedicine and they should say something but they don’t Worse customer service ever find somewhere else"

"Had brought my three year old here for infection my toddler needed to use the rest room she denied us to come use the restroom she said wait for the insurance be verified! But she let somebody who just walk n go inside I asked for a supervisor they said there’s no supervisor it’s only them two that basically works here I feel they are resist to black people they rude if I didn’t have to bring my child here I’ll teach them some respect !!! This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!! People don’t even answer the phone nor send medication on time I’m switching my insurance health net sucks and does not need to be offered!!!"

"I visited the clinic 13 days ago. I had good experience, no wait time. Staff is friendly. This will be my to go to Urgent Care. Sad, I had to go to another clinic today due to the insurance frequency allowed. It's not office fault. Thank you, Dr. Allen and staff, for your kindness."
