"I've been waiting for the results of my biopsy since January and it is now March. They don't call you to remind you of an appointment. Receptionists are very rude. They don't answer their phone very often. They said the doctor is too busy to respond to calls. Really? They have an office in Lynnwood and Downey. The parking is horrible in Lynnwood and they over book patients in Downey. You may have to stand in the hallway."

"I am very dissapointed in the way I was treated for simply making a mistake on prepping correctly and misunderstanding the given directions. I I did make the attempt to call and find out what I could do,I left a message with the answering service company to have the on call emergency Doctor respond and he never returned my call(On a Sunday)my appointment set for Monday. I called the number set on my information given where my appointment was set and that number didn't have a voicemail set up and couldn't even leave a message.Monday came and no one called me so I called the office and explained the situation to Olga a front office staff member, and she told me she would call me back to see what she can do for me. I was fully aware that there was and is a late cancellation fee policy but given the circumstances and since I never ever imagined this happening perhaps a chance it can be waived, never the less if not possible I understood and would just need to be rescheduled.Olga did not call me back later,I had to call her and she told me she was still working on it. Tuesday came and gotten no call so I called at 4pm almost and got another staff member to help me and then she right away started stating the cancellation policy, so I asked her now is this the reason why I never got a call back? She then passed the phone to Olga and she then again stated the same I told her money is no problem I can pay it now over the phone at which point she said we dont take payments over the phone you will need to either need to mail in check or personally come and pay till we get this payment no appointment can be given..So I work in the health industry also in office administration and they definitely need more training,professionalism and to be compassionate of the patients..people are not cattle..This is truly disappointing that they get away with treating people this way. I am truly need of medical care and to them money came first..very unethical..This place should really be inspected."

"The dental service here is phenomenal. Receptionist are welcoming and always on the job. The dentist here is friendly and knowledgeable about dental care. Taught me a few things on what to watch out for and how to get healthier teeth. My teeth were cleaner afterwards. If you are looking for a good cleaning and whitening this is the place to go to."

"The waiting time even with appointment is 2 almost 3 hours. It is so ridiculous... so why to ask for appointment if that doesn't matter?... the excuse from the lady in the front desk " that is the way that it is when you need to see an specialist doctor". I correct her and told her " Nooooo no no... that is the way that you do it... by the ways , really bad administration and organized the office". In the morning I saw a surgeon doctor and only took me 45 min."
