"I can't RAVE enough about Dr. Ecklund and his Assistant Dale. Dale is always so punctual and so kind, professional, and helpful with Dr. Ecklund's patients. He always calls when he says he will, and he follow ups to make sure you have all you need, and sets all your follow up appointments, so you don't have to worry. He is just a Kind and Gentle Soul. :-) Dr. Ecklund, he actually spends time with you, listens, and makes you feel like he really Cares. You feel like you are his patient, and not just a number, like so many other Dr's make you feel! [In my previous experience, the majority of the Ortho. Dr's I would see were impatient, abrupt, and made you feel like they were in a rush, and either wanted to operate on you, or just wanted to be done with you!] I came to I came to see Dr. Ecklund after years of poor treatment at Kaiser. (At the time I didn't know any better.) I came to Dr. Ecklund for a 2nd opinion on a knee surgery I had, that I was still having pain from. [Kaiser just wanted to pump me up with Cortisone shots, & I found no Kaiser Dr. would offer other suggestions.] Dr. Ecklund suggested Supartz. Supartz is like "Liquid Gold" for the knees!! I probably would have had a knee replacement by now, if it weren't for Dr. Ecklund. He literally has saved my knees!! Plus, he recently performed a Rt. shoulder surgery, and within a few weeks I had Little to no pain. Dr. Ecklund extended my Physical Therapy, until I felt comfortable, and the whole PT Staff (Jen Chow) & Dr. E's Staff have just been so Wonderful and Kind! I can't sing their praises Enough!! I feel so lucky to have him as my Dr. He Truly is the kindest and best at what he does! Dr. Ecklund, is literally, the Most Down to Earth Orthopedic Dr. I've ever met! Dale & Dr. Ecklund make a Great Team!"
