"We have been with Kaiser for 6 years now and are very very happy. Just recently, our son had to stay in the hospital for a few days for a skin infection. The nurses and doctors were super friendly and helpful. At any time, we felt taken seriously and cared about. The infrastructure is also fairly good. The rooms are well equipped, the food is good. They also dont forget to care about the parents, I got a coffee every morning and everything else I was asking for."

"The staff here is really attentive and helpful. The nice girl with bangs recovered my keys that dropped out of my pockets and notified me promptly about it, a big shout out to her. But while I was waiting here, I saw the staff be really attentive to all the inane droll and drive of the patients and I felt really comfortable taking my auntie here. Would recommend."

"My Doctor was kind and efficient, she was also very attentive to what I said and helped me to understand what she was recommending. She set up other appointments for me and had another doctor come in to do a quick procedure that day. She also was able to get another Doctor that day to set up some tests. It was Great!"

"Mary, the MRI tech working with me was great! I was rather anxious when I arrived, but she put me at ease very quickly. She did what she needed to do quickly and efficiently and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole MRI of head, neck and spine. She really cares about her patients and always have this amazing friendly personality that makes patients feel so at ease. She always help me to address my concerns via email so promptly. My father who is 80 has a lot of questions and Dr. yang addressed all of them patiently and with great details to help us to understand his condition. My father was taking medications that were prescribed in Taiwan and Dr. yang took extra time from her already very full schedule to consult with the specialist before prescribing them to him.
