"I don't think I've ever seen a more incompetent lab tech. I will contact CA Medical board and PAMF regarding this. On 12/06/2021, I came in with my son and we couldn't take a picture of his lungs. She couldn't calm him down. HE FELL OFF THE TABLE, he is 22 months. We have taken a x-ray before at El Camino, and they have qualified wonderful technician. She is horrible. I believe this was the worst experience of a medical procedure I've ever experienced."

"This the worst lab at PAMF. They make mistakes and claim that they are perfect. I had to go back because, event though we specifically discussed it, they did not do one of the tests that the doctor had ordered. I had to take my time and pay for the gas to drive there again. They do not take responsibility at all!!! Also note, that Sutter now has a team of Social Care experts who respond to postings, so this information never gets to the doctor in charge of this quagmire. PAMF is going downhill fast!!!"

"Incompetent. I was given instructions for an at home drug test only to find out AFTER I was there to drop it off that the instructions the staff had given me were incomplete. Total waste of my time, energy, and gas. No responsibility or apology from staff either."

"I wish I could put zero star. If you do not care about the time you get result go there. This is my story: we went there for immigration medical check blood work on Friday. Before doing that I specifically asked how long it would take they said the result will be ready by Sunday afternoon on the app. Today is Thursday and no result! After going back again looks like our urine sample are lost! So unorganized! They knew the urgency of our case they could have given us heads up that we may not be able to make it on time, in our case since we did our blood work couple of month back we do not worry about the result it is just the matter of immigration paper work... other wise I would not even trust their result."
