"We never stayed there! We had to cancel to due family emergency. I am reading other reviews and same thing happened to us. They keep charging my card even after getting a new card. We cancelled with Home2Go third party with in the time frame. We had till November 26 of 2021 to cancel at no charge and I cancelled on August 17, 2021 that was 3 months early! and they keep charging my card a year later! I am still dealing with this mess. Don't trust them. They steal your money."

"We got this on a special rate. The queen bed 1 room cabin with kitchen was comfortable and cozy. I really loved how clean everything was on the inside. Bed was super comfy. But wish the windows had an option to make it dark. I also enjoyed the outdoors area they have. Would return again."

"Booking the cottage online through their website was very easy. I experienced no difficulties checking in. Staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. I didn’t need anything extra for my stay, the cottage had everything I needed. My only complaint would have to be the blinds. Some couldn’t open because they were missing the wand or strings and some didn’t fit the windows (length). The ones that were too small were in the bedrooms, so there was light from outside lights all night. I would suggest window treatments such as curtains. Other than that I had a great stay and will definitely stay there again in the near future!"

"A wonderful way to experience Big Bear by staying in your own private cabin! The grounds were well equipped for sports and activities for kids, clean, and rustic. Our cabin was a two story loft style and quite cozy. Very quiet too. It had all the basic furniture, was clean and mostly comfortable (chairs and couch not so much). We didn't spend too much time in the room so that didn't bother us. The only reason I didn't give a five star was that the amenities were minimal for the bathroom. Kitchen was great - everything you could imagine using. The bathroom lacked kleenex, shampoo and conditioner, and most importantly for safety concerns, an anti-slip shower mat for inside the bathtub/shower. It was very slippery so we put a towel inside so we wouldn't fall! We went to the Dollar Tree to buy the essentials and left them for the next guests......"
