"The phone doesn't work so I emailed them with questions. I got a response to my first email, but further attempts to communicate have been completely ignored. UPDATE: 20 minutes after posting this review, they finally responded to my email and blamed their lack of response on Valentine's Day. They did their best to make up for it, which is appreciated. The arrangement they delivered to my recipient was beautiful. I'm not sure if this is standard, or just situational but the flowers looked a little wilted and I was told there was very little water. The vase was also beautiful though."
