"Thanks to the shortage of employees, do NOT go here before 8am. Even the self check-outs are closed. 1 register in the alcohol section with a long line. Took me over 20 min just to buy some ice."

"This is my regular grocery store. I am a handicapped person and was not very happy. The areas of dairy and produce were so crowded with their own carts and product I could not maneuver around the area with the electric shopping cart. There was not an employee in sight. Upon check out I asked to speak to the manager, she was called but never came to the front. I spoke with whomever was at the self check out, I don't recall her name but her badge said hiring manager. I have contacted American with Disabilities."

"Wednesday I put in an online order for pickup this past Sunday, 8am. I ordered some party trays of sandwiches and a full sized sheet cake. The bakery was really good at communicating and making sure everything was as ordered. However, when I got to the deli at around 8:15. I could see the workers frantically making sandwiches in the back and they told me fine them 10 min more. I went to the bakery picked up my cake then back to the deli. Around 8.30am was when the sandwiches were put into my cart. I noticed the sandwiches were not made using the rolls that they're usually made from when I've ordered the same sandwiches from other Safeway stores. Had to wait a few minutes more for another customer who was waiting for the rest of her order to be filled. Finally the woman helping me walked me all the way to a checkout line at the other end of the store. She said something about getting the orders mixed up. I was definitely behind schedule. Not totally sure I'd order again from the deli or recommend them for pre-orders."

"It's so convenient to have a supermarket in the Greenhouse Market Place. Produce is fresh. And you get all the you need at a discount with the Safeway Club Card, of course. There's a public restroom inside, but it's not very clean, though."
