"Called to get pricing on a full groom. The girl on the phone was rude. I know sometimes you don’t want to talk to people and I get it, I work a front desk job too but I never once have answered the phone with attitude and short snippy answers. Didn’t appreciate it, also told her I had a doodle and feel like that grossed her out. I know some people don’t like doodles b/c owners don’t know how to take care of them but don’t assume everyone is like that. She just told me they don’t give doodle prices over the phone and that they start at $120. I’m surprised on how rude they were considering two of my friends recommended them to me saying they were amazing. Glad that conversation was bad because now I know to avoid this place if that’s how they treat new customers. Update: I was told the girl answering the phone that day got some bad news before the call. I get it but honestly why did you pick up the phone if you knew you wouldn’t want to talk. I think this is more of the employee than the shop. I think she needs a bit more training."

"I took my new kitty to have his matts shaved out, and instead, she managed to remove them all with a special comb. It cost me about a third what I expected to pay and he looked amazing."

"Rebecca was absolutely fantastic. So helpful and understanding. We got a rescue spaniel whose hair was so tangled and long and Rebecca was able to fit him in quickly for a haircut and my gorgeous rescue pooch looked amazing when she was done. Definitely recommend."
