"Convenient location, excellent service, comfortable bed. Pool and spa areas are great. Our room had a great view of the pool but there were small ants in the restroom which we got rid of."

"This Hilton needs some updating for sure. They go the extra mile in certain areas, especially for the conference rooms, but lobby area needs better windows and a better roof because it leaks. The rooms were OK, but a little outdated for a Hilton. When I got to my room, I went to iron my dress shirts for the week and the ironing board was a flimsy pile of junk with an ironing pad that was no thicker than 10 sheets of paper, and it also wasn’t tied on the ironing board. I had to put it on the board and then look for a way to secure it to the board; I did so with string. When I went to grab the iron, which was at least 20 years old, I noticed that the base was busted out. When I poured water into it, it poured out everywhere and it had a short in it. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up right away. I waited exactly 30 minutes and then went out and found someone cleaning rooms and had her swap me out with a really good one. They need to go through and replace all the junk ironing boards and old irons. I expect this from a dumpy motel, but not a Hilton. If you are expecting the awesome Hilton experience that I’ve experienced around the globe, this location will disappoint you. I will not be back."

"Standard Hilton. Dated decor. Helpful staff. Decent for work conference. Many “walkable” small restaurants as long as you are from LA or Florida and understand you are walking along busy fast large roads. Nice very warm hot tub."

"We stayed for more than one week with mom who is handicap. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so nice and professional…Starting from the front desk with Amy, what a pleasure of young lady. Friendly and with great customer service. Nice to have a face like that in Front of the house. Always with a smile. Then Maricela at Starbucks, what a sweet and happy person…always a pleasure to see her too. Atanacio, and Mario at the bar and the restaurant very polite, nice, and always multitasking…Bryan and Dean were amazing too…thank you all for making our stay a beautiful one! I will definitely recommend this hotel…very nice job guys!!!!"

"Hotel staff is so nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious with great maid service during the day. Restaurant is delicious and the staff are the best. No ice machines which is weird but they have free bags of ice at the front desk so nice compromise."
