"Kathy was fantastic with my plants and cat, but, while on a 2 week trip Kathy gave her task to the owner. She not only did a poor job feeding my cat who gained 9 oz. while we were gone, she killed my bogainvillea by not watering it adequately, if at all. My mugo pine needles are burnt on one plant as is my beautiful japanese maple leaves. A juniper bonsai is also burnt on some of the edges. She also sent me a 'no-reply' e-mail stating she did not water my plants while I was in the Yucatan. It brings a poor business practice to a new level! I would never trust this company again."
