"World class customer service. This group of people is so incredibly helpful. We had tough scheduling conflict and they let you pick up 24 hours a day and in a pinch will take your pup from day care and give them a room for the night. Also will give them their special food if you bring it along. We love wag hotels!"

"Could not be happier with Wags Hotels Santa Monica! I bring my two puppies (9 month old littermate sisters) twice a week! My girls LOVE going to All Day Play - particularly because they can be outside most of the day. The team takes care of them as if they were their own. With littermate puppies, they can get a little crazy, but the team shows SO much care and patience with them. Won't ever go anywhere else!"

"This place is beautiful ! I actually Came in for a tour because I was reading the great reviews and I’ve been meaning to find a nice place to bring my baby for daycare. So I decided to stop by and check the place out for myself . Ronnie at the front desk has very welcoming energy ! He made me feel so comfortable ! The supervisor there was very nice as well I believe her name was rose , she gave me a great tour ! Unfortunately my pup isn’t fixed as of yet , so I’ll have to wait to bring him to play. As soon as he gets his surgery I will definitely be bring him to make some new friends at wag !!!"
