"The rooms are not very clean.. the washroom is the worst.. exhaust is so loud that all of us wake up if anyone uses washroom.. This is not a place to stay if you are travelling with kids. Towels and bedding is not clean at all.. bring your own stuff if you are planning to stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I never write reviews but was left with no choice after our stay here. First, this place is just an overpriced Motel 6 - for more than double the price. They present it as a "beach club" but it could not be further from the truth. Plenty of homeless around - I didn't know there was a ghetto part of Palm Springs but now I do - it's here. Also, I woke up with a RASH on my under arm, on the side I slept on. When I presented it to the manager, his response was "how do I know you didn't get it somewhere else?" Would not refund our stay or give a discount - all he wanted to do was argue. I get it - I'm sure he gets this all the time because his motel is dirty AF. Rooms - Very basic. We got 1 trash can (no liner) that used to be used as a recycle bin (had the recycle logo on it). The walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations of your neighbors. You can literally hear everything going on outside and next door. Bed - We were greeted with a nice blood stain on the off-white comforter. Couldn't have stood out any more. Upon getting into the bed to sleep, there were crumbs under the sheets! Like the bed was just remade with the same sheets as the previous stay. SO GROSS. Then, as I mentioned earlier, I woke up with a rash, from the bed, on my under arm. GROSS. Bathroom - for a 2 night stay, for 2 people, we were given 2 towels and one hand towel. When opening my towel after my shower, a long hair (10+" long) was twisted into it. No one noticed that when they were folding the towel?? Again, GROSS. No towels to dry our hands off because were not given any. Surroundings - GHETTO. Plenty of homeless around, so much so that I would not let family walk around alone around this property. People who stay here - We were woken up at midnight by neighbors banging on the door like the cops. We literally thought it was the cops as there was yelling and pounding on the door. We were given a room next to the parking lot where we were again woken up at 2am by drunk people hanging out, yelling and laughing in the parking lot. This went on for 15 mins before I called "security" who obviously was asleep on the job. It's a small property, what else are you "watching" that I had to call? Absolute worst experience I've ever had. I just wanted a refund or even a partial refund but the manager chose to argue with me and said he would have to get "pest control" out here first to check. I HIGHLY DOUBT that would ever happen, given the presentation of the place. Save your money and just go to the motel 6 down the street."

"This place could be so cool. But there are some obvious problems that could easily be solved if the management and owners cared to do so. 1. Trash all over the parking lot. Super ghetto. Also it appears they have some.homeless people staying there, which is nice for them, but probably the source of some of the cigarette butts and litter found around the property. Positives are a great outdoor space and pool. But some sketchy people staying here sometimes. It's a shame that the owners are kind of clueless on how good this place could be with some better attention to details. I wish they would take it more seriously, because they would make more money in the long run, if they cleaned up the premises and got rid of the homeless occupancy."

"This "hotel" isn't really a hotel but more of a motel if anything. I would argue that for what you pay for it's worth it. The location is in a nice area and pretty calm. -the shower water is hot but it does come out slow. -the rooms on inspection were nicely cleaned for us at least. -the doors had key cards and a deadbolt for added security. -they have a pool."

"For someone that goes to hotels frequently, this is my honest review of this place. You practically get what you pay for. Compared to other hotels, this place is on the cheaper side. So the quality of the hotel was somewhat expected. We needed a place to stay at since we were going to be going to Lights Festival in Imperial but didn’t want a place that would break the bank. The restroom is okay, the sink was missing the drain cover so you could see the hair/other junk sitting in the drain. Obvious wear and tear in the restroom/shower. What was surprising was to find my feet dirty after walking around the hotel room without shoes/socks - had to wear my shoes and socks around the room. Disappointing, especially because we took our shoes off at the entrance to prevent getting the floor dirty. Before bed, we inspected the sheets and we came to found that the comforter and the pillows (below the sheets/covers) was stained in multiple spots. The sheets were obviously clean, smelled good and was white - but the comforter and pillows alone made me feel insecure about whether or not they were clean. The AC was kind of loud if it was set to a certain temperature but wasn’t all that bad, you kinda get used to it. Overall, 2 stars. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was alright, but the location was right in the middle so it was perfect for us. Overall stay"
