"I have watched my German Shepherd Lab hang out with 35 other dogs in all day play and the dogs are getting along. My dog likes to follow the person. If there is too much rough housing, the dogs get a time out. I like being able to watch my dog on the all day play cam. When I pick up my dog, he is in good shape."

"Great service. The people who work there seem to really care about our dog as they greet her by name and coax her to go with them into the facility. We have tried other places and had not great exepreinces. I was not sure this would be any different when we first tried but it was great so now this is one of our favorites when we need to leave Sam behind while we travel. Totally recommend them!"

"Great place to take my pup - she is always well cared for. When we come in I feel like we are in the dog version of Cheers, "Everybody knows her name!". Front desk is super helpful and kind. I am so grateful that I can leave my pup somewhere safe when I am traveling. They always send cute pictures so I know she's fine."

"Dropped off our dog for a few hours. He has special needs and Wag Hotels was able to accommodate them for the most part. The facility is clean and doesn't "smell like dog" which makes me think that the spaces are maintained well. Booking our reservation was challenging. We created an online profile and made our reservation request. Up to the day before our requested reservation date, our appointment was still "pending confirmation." We had to call to confirm that we did in fact have the reservation. Getting someone on the phone is ridiculously difficult. I spent over an hour one night on hold trying to confirm if our dog would even be eligible to stay at Wag Hotels. On the day of our reservation (a Saturday), there was one person checking-in and checking-out dogs which made that process a bit longer than ideal. I think this is the same person that is responsible for answering the phone. I spent 20 minutes on hold trying to check the status of my dog (after receiving a call that he wasn't adjusting well). Giving 3 stars because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since our dog's anxiety can be challenging to manage. We would definitely try them again to see if our experience differs but service would greatly improve if there were more staff to answer phone calls and oversee the lobby."
