"I’m staying at the Hyatt now 01/06/2024-01/07/2024 and is thinking of any reason to come back. My family and I fell in love with the rooms and hotel period. I booked two rooms I asked for the rooms to be near each other my request was accommodated. I walked in staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms look just like the pictures lol I’ve stayed at hotels and let me tell you got there and it looked nothing like the pictures. Very close grocery stores, restaurants, shopping outlet fifteenth minutes away not to mention Levi Stadium is four minutes away and the 101 freeway is two minutes away. Location is perfect. Thank you to the Hyatt staff"
"Nice hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Free parking, outdoor pool, nice bar and lounge area. If you're going to the game, you have to drive and park, or ride share to Levi's Stadium because it's a 45-minute walk each way."
"Made this a stop on our honeymoon regrettably Starting with the good. Hotel was very clean, room was ready, the room was tastefully decorated and spacious for location and value. Wifi worked well. Chromecast in tvs worked through sign in process. Marketplace snack area for snckshad a good selection. For the negative which I hope to be specifically for our trip: I got food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs and lost the first day of travel from that. This can happen anywhere and sucks but what counted was the kitchen sendingup gingerale and fruit and doing all they could to remedy the situation. The manager of the restaurant was very involved in doing all he could and clearly cared. On the website and through signage it says there is laundry on the second floor. The room was accessible through our room key. I needed change and asked the front staff for change for a 5 in quarters for laundry. They gave it to me. When I used the machines it leaked on one side so I went to tell them so they wouldn't have potential issues from this. Instead of being sorry for something being broken or thankful that I reported the problem I was told there wasn't a laundry room for guests and that there wasn't signs. There is a sign by the ice room saying guest laundry to the left. A maintenance guy came up and helped with the water and closed off the pipe. Someone came and put up an out of order sign so this wouldn't happen again. That's perfect until someone came and said hey we will let you finish but this room is out of order like I had missed the sign. I was the one who said the room was leaking and watched another staff member put up the sign. Main complaint is the situation feeling like I was being gas lit, the staff members working the front desk and gentlemen using zero feels felt found or any sort of empathy for trying to listen to their guests frustration. Food poisoning I can get over especially when a wonderful team from the kitchen does all they can to make up for it. I would not want to book here again due the front end staffs lack of willingness to try and take care of a frustrated guest. Hope others have a better experience and this hotel gives good stays for the holiday season upcoming"
"2nd time staying here. The Wi-Fi was unusably slow both in my room and in the lobby. Took minutes to load a simple website. Forget about watching a video. The hotel was fully booked during my trip so maybe that was the reason. Secondly there was a low but loud humming+rattling noise in my bedroom. I usually have no trouble sleeping but this noise was just the right frequency, volume, and rhythm that I couldn't fall asleep at all, even after getting earplugs from the front desk. I ended up moving to the sofabed in the living room and checking out early the next day."
"Let's start with the positive: the rooms are large with a living room and a sleeping room, and the staff at the reception and at the bar are very nice. The 2 issues that will make me not return to this hotel are: - the noise from the 101 is unbearable; I had very poor sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there; maybe the room facing the inside courtyard are quieter, but the hotel construction, even though it is recent, has very poor quality windows; the location should have dictated some special 3 windows to cut the noise - the Internet is unusable... over the 2 days, mornings and evenings, I was only able to between 300 and 500kbits/sec, with a super strong Wifi signal; aren't we in the Silicon Valley? The Internet issue should be easy to fix. The sound proofing from the outside... I doubt anything can be done now."
