"THEY DO NOT REFUND DEPOSIT PAYMENT!! I stayed in the hotel 16 days ago and they told me that my deposit payment of $200 is cancelled at the day of check-out. They don’t respond my messages until now and my bank does not see any transaction in the system. They don’t care about customer and never checked their system to control the transaction."

"Generally a decent place, except for the breakfast. It’s not about what was served, but “from where”. Food is brought from-through a restroom. Apparently their lobby layout is not well thought out OR the staff is finding it convenient to get the food through a restroom."

"Booked a reservation using my points for a free night, when I got there the lady wad trying to charge me. I was in the lobby for about 30 minutes just trying to check in. After checking in she gave me room 204 and was infested with ants. I went down and she gave me a new room 105. It still had ants but not as much. Around midnight I saw that the desposit had barley hit. Its been 10 days today and the deposit is still pending. I have called 3 days in a row and the manager is never there. This is the worst best western I have been to and im a Best Western employee. I stayed in Menlo Park the night before and got my deposit within 2 days. This place is horrible."

"I stayed here one night in summer, and the room was clean, quiet, modern, well air-conditioned, and the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. We appreciated the continental breakfast. Easy parking, good location, and good price. I would consider staying here again next time I need a place near Santa Clara for a night or two!"
