"I love this places. Only thing I left few times without buying books because took too long to pay. walked out without buy books. Thing is it's only 3 or 4 people front of me. And there are 2 cashier. Why took so long to pay.? I was not desperate to buy those book to waiting cashier line more than 10 min. So we left 3 books and walked away. Its thing. If there are many people stand line understand waiting but only few people front of me and line is not moving. It made frustrated it and made me left without buying."

"First time at the store. There Saturday afternoon. Parking was somewhat of a challenge but was able to find a parking place within a few minutes. We were looking for children and youth books. they were out of some of the books in the store that we were interested in, but had them online. My grandchildren did find some mystery books that they liked on sale, so that’s what we got. They did have a person at the store that assisted us finding the areas in the store that we needed to concentrate on for our particular interest. He was very well informative on how the store was laid out and what particular books we might be interested in."
