"Dirty fitting rooms- makes me wanna throw my socks away after stepping in there to try clothes on. Mediocre customer service at best. Don’t price match their website for whatever reason & no student discount in store. Low quality clothes that have tears & strings loose- have to sift through the selection to find non-damaged items (if you’re lucky the merchandise will be in the same place with the others)."

"Horrible customer service. My father was in a wheelchair chair and they treated him disrespectfully refused to help us and were very rude. Never coming back and if you have any disabilities I strongly recommend you going to a more accommodating store. If I could give zero stars I would."

"Upper dressing rooms have been closed for months so I had to drag all my clothes down the escalator and only one side of the dressing rooms downstairs are usable, the other side is stuffed to the brim with racks of clothes. You would think with such a little space to take care of, the stalls wouldn't be so filthy, but they're disgusting and for some reason the AC and half the lights don't work in there. So be prepared to feel like you're trying on clothes in a brothel near the equator because they've got that immersive environment down pat. "I absolutely love Forever 21 they have so many different tops and skirts and pants and shoes and shirts dressy clothes casual everything in between and the prices are so very reasonable if you've never shopped here I highly recommend shopping here the one that the Tyler Mall is really nice it's two-story Forever 21 which is pretty cool definitely recommend and they have fun little things of makeup and lipstick and perfume and different stuff like that when you check out"

"Ok it really sucks that they only have a very small section for plus size girls. When everything else is $10 or less then our clothing is close to $40. The thing i loved the most was the heals. Omg and they are $11 really only going back for the shoes. It also sucks that its super busy and they only have one dressing room. And it downstairs which sucks cuz the plus size it up stairs. I came today on a friday where it was busy and it sucked when they could of just open the up stairs dressing room. Will go back for shoes only"
