"Absolutely awful in every way. Dr. Ali is not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. Hopefully her practice gets shut down before more are put at risk. There are lawsuits against her right now that will hopefully bring some light onto the shady things she has been getting away with for years. This is why she is always traveling, looking to avoid the consequences of her actions. Please do not support this vile woman or her practice in any way, there are plenty of other pediatricians out there who deserve your business more than Aliya Ali."

"Before I start I would like to say this bad review is for the staff and not the Dr. (The Dr. is really sweet) But the staff is horrible! Especially the front desk lady. She is so rude and has an attitude every time we come. She lies on the phone saying she scheduled your appointment but when you go in there is no appointment to be found. Waste of time and gas. The medical assistants are just as bad. Very cold and rude. no empathy or anything for their patients who are children! I really did like this Dr. but will be switching because I can't take the staff anymore. I hope she replaces them soon!"

"I have not even had the chance of meeting dr Aliya Ali but at this point I’m not even sure I’m willing to give her that chance because her front desk staff is the absolute worst!! The first time i called, i had already switched her dr over to Aliya Ali on the insurance end but the new card had not come in and my daughter needed to be seen asap for stitches check up. The front ladies denied making me an appt because her insurance card had the old doctors name. That’s never been an issue. All they need is medical ID number on there anyway. The front staff showed no type of compassion and I ended up taking her to urgent care to be seen. Called again to make an appt for a physical they said February 14. When i called to try to schedule it sooner, somehow it magically turned to February 17 and the doctor will not be there for almost two weeks according to her front staff so they can’t help me get in sooner. They literally hung up the phone and when i called back the lady immediately responded with “it wasn’t me who was on the phone with you” before i could even finish my sentence. They are not helpful and they literally show no compassion. If you look at all the negative reviews they are all about her front desk staff. Terrible. The dr appears to be good per the reviews but her front desk staff makes it so difficult."

"Dr. Ali is the best dr. I know. One of my daughter has been going to see her since her second visit because I didn't feel comfortable with the original ped. and she is the only dr my other daughter has ever known. All the staff there is amazing. The girls are great with giving shots quick with little to no pain. She does get busy so no walk-ins but if you call they will do their best to see what they can do to get them seen ASAP. Elenor is amazing at processing all paperwork quickly and quick to respond (you know how insurance and pharmacies can be.) They are all a pleasure to deal with and make dealing with health stuff easier. My kids love them a feel very comfortable there. They are like family to us. I always do and will recommend Dr. Ali."

"The pediatrician is so sweet and very helpful and is the ONLY reason I still take my daughter here. But the staff is HORRIBLE. Doesn't even have the decency to call when they cancel your appointment they wait until you show up to tell you. Also never return your calls and keep you on hold for hours. The receptionist has the worst attitude and very unprofessional. The lady who gives shots has no sympathy for crying babies very rude and looks like she hates her job. Either train these people right OR FIRE THEM! This is ridiculous, don't work with children and parents if your not going to do it properly!"
