"Overall the wait is long and there is no person in the front. It's self check in. I would sag if you are elderly this is not a place for you. There where so many people waiting and it wasn't moving fast at all. I would say find another company."

"Quest Diagnostics is such a joke. How are they allowed to work in the medical field is beyond me. You can’t get ahold of a live person over the phone to ask a simple question, you get to their facility and they don’t have a front desk, I catch one of the practitioners attention (cordially) as a guest is walking out and they immediately shift their body language to disgust, and walk away as I’m asking a question. The utter rudeness is unacceptable. Sad, miserable beings work there, stay away, go to Labcorp instead!"

"I personally had a great experience with the staff, and I love that it's very digital, but there were many folks there who were older or needed help and seemed to be a little confused about how to use the check in systems. They were really friendly and helpful, able to accommodate my needs in a wheelchair. I was there about 5 minutes before my appointment time and wasn't called back for about 30 minutes. There was no seating available for most of the time waiting and people had to wait outside. We also waited for 10 minutes to exit the parking lot because so many people were struggling with the ticket system, there was a massive line behind us before someone came out to help them."
