"Dr. Lum has been my now young adult son's pediatrician since infancy. Dr. Lum always demonstrated his commitment to his patients while remaining humble and friendly. He is extremely competent and able to quickly diagnose symptoms and provide solutions which produce positive results. I will never forget how he stayed overtime to wait for my son's arrival after he broke an arm at school. My son continues to feel safe and trust Dr' Lum's medical advice; as a mom, this makes me also feel safe to know my son has the best support when needed. My son still prefers to see him. The front office staff are responsive and friendly while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Lum because he has provided positive experiences for our family for over two decades."

"Dr. Lum is a great pediatrician. He is punctual and shows that he cares about our son and family. During each appointment, he alway listens and provides solutions for us for our newborn's current development stage /issues (ie, weight gain, breast feeding/milk supply, fussiness). We never feel rushed during our appointments and always feel super happy after our visits with him. His office staff are also super friendly and great at handling everything. Trust me, its hard to find an office that has nice & friendly front staff, nurses and an amazing doctor. Wish I had a primary care physician for myself similar to Dr. Lum. Give Dr. Lum a visit as his office welcomes new parents to get to know him better prior to choosing him as a pediatrician. I did a lot of research on reviews and glad we made the right choice. Prior to our baby being born, we visited Dr. Lum and his genuine & knowledgable personality made us comfortable that we didn't have to visit the rest of the pedi on our list. While we were in the hospital, Dr. Lum visited us immediately after our son was born, within the hour. He also came for the next 4 days to check out our son since he had Jaundice. Everything went well and turned out we didn't need the light therapy treatment. Overall, So many good things to say about him."
