"I do not recommend it, you will receive a bill with unreasonable amounts long time ago after your visit. This was done specifically (after 120 days) so that you would not be able to appeal in court. You will lose money, time and your mental health after communication with billing team. Just find another place and take care!"
"9-18-2023 Whatever bad reviews that were written before my review, that were all true! If there's a zero star, I'd choose that. This place is going downhill. I will not go back in the future. 1) Billing is terrible! It is outsourced (not sure if it's offshore) and the front desk lady gave me the 2019 statement when I was there on 9-18-2023. The statement was 4 years ago. I asked why. She couldn't answer me and told me to email their accounting department, but she didn't provide the email. I had to ask her for the email. 2) Front desk person was rude. She's bad mouthing patients out loud. We can hear her from the waiting room! She shouldn't be in her job as she always so stressed out from checking in patients. How hard is that? She's playing victim and said the patients are stressing her out because we, that patients, spoke to her too loud and she can't take that. 3) I used to be able to see Dr. Patel because she was doing the ultrasound. Not anymore. It was done by her unpaid interns who hasn't even gotten their certificates! I asked them how can they tell they did it correctly? They didn't have an answer for me. So, the Dr. is charging the insurance for the ultrasound, but she didn't even do it. I think this is not right. 4) The mammogram technician told me that I have to pay the 2019 past due statement before I can have my exam, but I was already undressed in the exam room! The front desk woman didn't tell me to pay when I checked in. She told me to contact her Accounting Department. 5) I emailed their billing department. I still have not heard back and it's been 4 days! So, I was curious about her office's reviews and I googled it. OMG! So many bad reviews! I wish I have read these reviews before I booked this year appointment. I won't be coming back next year now that I saw all of these bad reviews and one review even said that Dr. Patel missed 2 patients 'breast cancer now. That's terrible!"
"Same as others. I went today for the procedure. In the middle of process that they told me something is abnormal, they remembered I have a 400$ bill from 3 years ago and they won't continue until I pay!!! I had to pay to just finish the test but I am looking into our account as I have not received their bill! Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Last time went there."
"I've gone to Breast Imaging for years. I don't have a problem with Dr. Patel or any of my procedures. However, I do agree with everyone else, that their billing department isn't good, there is always a problem with their billing to my insurance. It usually takes them over a year to finally get paid. The MOST aggravating issue I have is making appointments. They NEVER answer the phone "due to high call volume" - doubtful. Their recording tells you to leave a message and they'll get back to you in 1-2 business day - honestly it's usually more. Super annoying. If they don't want to employ enough people, why don't they set up an online way to make appointments?"
"Please!!! Avoid at all costs. Billing department is uneducated and incompetent, not to mention abrasive and unprofessional. They are incapable of holding an intellectual dialogue. The office staff was great but trust me, it is not worth the headache. The MD was okay. Didn’t have any interaction with her except for when I was exiting the treatment room, she yelled from inside her office (I was in the hall) that my results looked fine and that I should take Iodine to help with any breast pain. HIPPA violation for sure, didn’t bother me, but might bother a more private individual."
