"Was happy to see this pediatric urgent care was open (saturday 3/2)and had an MD on call! Called and asked specifically for an IV for high fever. She was positive they can administer an IV. Dr. Misdiagnosed my child and sent us to ER. Why go here if they have limited care and options. Very disappointing! Please hire experienced drs , you are overwhelming the ER + high cost for the patient!! ."

"Went in on 30th experience symptoms of that were later worried about sepsis at Good Samaritan, a male doctor examined me here only did two tests while we were expecting antibiotics and a blood draw. If he had done the blood draw, he would have see my white blood cell count very high and then prescribed me antibiotics as Good Samaritan did."

"We've brought our babies here twice over the past two years and they've always been seen right away by very kind and competent doctors, even when they were completely slammed right before Christmas."

"Went there for my sick 2 years old on Saturday December 16th at 7.30 pm. Called before leaving and immediately was put on hold, was on hold for 15 minutes and decided let’s just go since they are there! Arrived and there was sign that pediatric is closed! They said they close at 3 pm and the building is until 8pm !! I didn’t know I can get cure by a building! The two receptionists were siting chatting with each other and put the calls on hold. If they were not this much useless I could get the no answer by a phone call and move to another urgent care! If you are understaff at least update your time on google and not waste patients time!"

"Walked in at 5pm to have my daughter seen for a finger injury and they said they were at max capacity and couldn’t see her. This was 3 HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSED! This is ridiculous care. Do not sign up for PAMF because their patient care has gone from a 10 to a 1. They no longer care about patients! Maybe they should stop paying their administrative so much money and hire more doctors!"
