"I need to get a fasting blood test every few months. I USED to go to this location. My last visit absolutely finished ANY desire to go back. I would usually get there a few minutes before it is supposed to open. Usually stand in line with a few people outside in the cold. THEY HAVE NEVER OPENED ON TIME. EVER!! The last time I was there a guy schlepped up to open the office 45 minutes late!!! I tried to wait patiently while he was frantically trying to do his job. I finally left because I was so pissed off. SO FRUSTRATING!!!"

"Very rude lady on the front desk call. I called in to check the status of the appointment since there was some confusion in the confirmation email but the lady was very rude and just refused to talk. She cut the call in 10 sec. I instead cancelled my appointment here and went ahead with the San Jose location. I would suggest avoiding this lab"

"I scheduled an appointment for 8am today, arrived on time only to find the lab closed. Waited for 30 minutes and the lab was still closed. Whoever runs this lab needs to be ousted."

"Came for a 2 hour glucose test and was given the glucose for 1 hour to drink after first blood draw. Careless mistakes on their end and was told I’ll have to come back for a redo. This location is unorganized, rude and incompetent. Do not go here for lab work."

"During my recent visit on 4/20/23, Indigo proved to be incredibly valuable. I am currently in the midst of a confusing insurance switch over and have yet to receive my updated card. Although my labs were ordered by my previous doctor, they needed to be completed promptly. Dealing with this issue has been a challenging ordeal, but Indigo was there to guide me through every step of the process. She provided me with all of the necessary information and was very accommodating. Despite being warned that my veins can be tricky to locate, Indigo, who is also a skilled phlebotomist, was able to draw my blood effortlessly. My experience at BioReference was made all the more pleasant by Indigo's assistance, and I am incredibly grateful for her help. I strongly recommend this lab."
