"I wish I could give this place 0 stars or -5 stars if possible. The staff here is among the worst I've experienced—slow, inefficient, and lacking confidence. Dr. Arti Jain seems more interested in giving out referrals to partnered doctors than providing knowledgeable care. The staff struggles with handling syringe needles, leaving me with serious doubts. After our last visit, I decided we needed to switch doctors. I scheduled my son's checkup/vaccine appointment months in advance. When we arrived on time, we waited 45 minutes while they fumbled to find my child's vaccine record. To make matters worse, they then informed us, "We are out of vaccines." Why not inform us initially instead of making us wait almost an hour? Waiting for over 30 minutes has become the norm here at every visit. The nurse who administered the vaccine seemed clueless and inexperienced. Despite working with little kids, she panicked when my child cried, struggling to handle the situation. She hesitated for a good 5 seconds after inserting the needle into my son's leg, a painful delay even for adults. I've never witnessed such incompetence in giving shots, especially to a baby. I initially chose this place for its convenience and location, relying on decent online reviews. However, I'm unsure if those reviews are from real patients. I won't be returning, and I strongly discourage other parents from choosing this place."

She may be busy but is this how doctors consult their patients.we have taken appointment and waited for 1.5 hours and what we could hear is her complaints and she was even shouting at the staff there."
