"I did an unltrasound at this place. The technician completely shut my mouth during the exam and always claims let her do the work. I am not even sure whether she got the small lump scanned because the report says everything looks normal. However, the technician does say the lump is palpable. I received the bill and I feel like it is a complete waste of money. Medical service in this country is quite insane."

"A simply rotten organization. Switched to One Medical but got referred to Sutter for something and, in my stupidity, made the appointment. Out of the gate, they slapped me with a HUUUGE out-of-pocket fee for a very short in-network appointment. They then cancelled my follow-up appointment a few hours before it, without so much as a sorry. Why can’t we do that to them? Go ANYWHERE else, you’ll be amazed at the difference."

"Can’t check in for my appointment because the front desk is completely absorbed in phone calls. Evidently won’t place people on hold so they can get through the waiting patients in front of them. Strange."

"Incompetent systems, cancelled our scheduled appointment when we reached there because of incorrect “codes” from the doctor. They tried to contact the provider multiple times but failed to inform us ahead of time to give us a heads-up so we could fix the problem. Terrible service. This is exactly what’s wrong with the medical system here. I wish everyone involved here the same level of karma coming back to you."
