"Dr. Thurman, I think it is important for you to know that not only was I seriously injured today on your property, but your staff never asked if I was OK when I was visibly upset and in pain. Instead, I was told that I was being rude and to wait outside for my dog, and that "veterinary services end here" so I am not allowed to bring my dog to you in the future. That is fine with me, but I thought you should know that your office manager is overstepping their role and turning away business, as well as giving away your money --- She didn't charge me for any of the services rendered, although I had no problem paying and just wanted someone to respond to the fact that I was in a great deal of pain from twisting my ankle and cracking my knee open when I got out of my car and stepped into a hole in the grass area directly adjacent to the parking space. No apology, no asking if I'm OK. Staff just stared at me and office manager snapped at me to get out of the office (with my dog still inside?!) I wonder if this has happened to other clients on your property? I would like a call back from you because I do not trust your office manager to pass along the email message. -Jessica"
