"I was standing behind a single customer, and I was the only other person in line. I waited for about 8 minutes, while the pharmacy staff member finished helping the gentleman in front of me. I was in clear sight, and the employee was aware that I had been waiting for several minutes. As soon as she finished up with the other customer, she immediately pulled down the screen over the window, and locked the door. No acknowledgment that I was in line, just complete and total disregard for a single customer, that had clearly been waiting. A simple acknowledgement that I was clearly there would have been acceptable. It was around 1:30pm, so I understand if they had to close for lunch, but I was the only person in line, and I was there for an OTC medication, so it would have taken less than 2 minutes to complete my transaction. She could have also told me that she was helping her final customer before lunch, so I could move on with my day, but instead she allowed me to wait, just to slam the door in my face with zero acknowledgement."
