"The absolute BEST oncology office in the world! Dr. Dungo and Dr. Curti are brilliant doctors and the office staff is fantastic, caring and quick to help with anything a patient needs! Dr. Dungo treated me for Breast Cancer and her brilliance and her LOVELY bed side manner got me through the hell that was chemo, surgery, radiation and post cancer meds. The oncology nurse (Laura) who did all of my infusions is the best in the business. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to the horrors the patients go through in chemo. The office staff is phenomenal! I was in there 6 times over 18 weeks and they kept me smiling and laughing and made me feel right at home.... Big love to Suzanne, Oscar and Courtney! Whenever I go in the office to see Dr. Dungo, it takes extra time because I need to visit and laugh with the staff for a while! Though Dr. Curti didn't treat me directly, he was always there with a smile and asked how I was doing...he was really invested in my case and reassured me that I was going to be OK! Now that my spouse has been diagnosed with cancer, the FIRST call was to Dr. Dungo so she could work her medical magic the same as she did for me. We know for a fact that we are in the BEST possible hands and we are confident that with Dungo and the rest of the staff on the case, all will (hopefully) be well in a few months.... FIVE STARS!!!!! "No code of ethics here with the phone staff. My girlfriend got a phone call stating her 6 month follow up had been cancelled. She had a DVT and needed to see if she was going to be continuing of blood thinners. The secretary was extremely rude and unhelpful. She just called and said her appointment was cancelled. No explanation on why. The secretary insisted it was not 6 moths, she did not know it was already 6 month. No evidence and lack knowledge. Thankfully she has a PPO and will be going somewhere else who cares. No advocacy towards the patient, no altruism, no autonomy No human dignity No integrity no justice no beneficence no professionalism, no communication. As medical professionals you should know better."
