"This was my first experience with Xpress Urgent Care. I was extremely happy with my Dr Visit. I made an appointment online. I received confirmation. Whenever I called they answered immediately and provide excellent customer service. There was less than 15 min wait time as well. The Physician was amazing! I needed pre surgery medical exam, labs, and medical records asap for my surgeon. Within 1 day I obtained blood work results and I was able to pick up my medical records a few days later. I highly recommend them above any other urgent care because I actually had phone communications with 2 of their OC locations and visited a 3rd to pickup my medical records in Tustin. I truly was so pleased with everyone at Xpress Urgent Care!"

"I was able to make my appointment online the night before with ease, even got to fill out some forms ahead of time so I didn’t have to do them in person. Unfortunately the Los Alamitos one was temporary closed but my appointment still stood for the next nearest one in Cypress. I was also treated nicely by everyone. I was given medication to help with my symptoms and got a follow up call a couple days later to see if my symptoms would get better or worse to see if I needed something stronger. Overall a good experience and I’d definitely come back here again."
"Awesome, child friendly young staff is incredibly attentive, and quick. Very happy about the service here as I have had less than positive experiences with doctors/medical staff in the past — these guys do it well! The only advice I’d have is if they could verbalize what they were going to do before they did it. This would be very helpful to feel respected and prepared as a patient."
"Super quick with an appointment that I was able to schedule an hour in advance! My 5 year old son had a fever that wouldn’t let up and a bad cough. The waiting room was very clean and not too crowded. We had an appointment at 5:45pm on a weekday. The doctor was very friendly and helpful. We concluded he had bronchitis and she gave him antibiotics and cough medicine prescription."
